By using Pizzy, you agree to these terms. If you use the product on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them.
Pizzy provides digital tools for physical events, including check-in, presence, messaging, and related features. We may improve, add, or retire features with reasonable notice when material.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep access secure.
Do not misuse the product: no unlawful content, harassment, spam, attempts to bypass security or capacity controls, or interference with other users' events.
Hosts are responsible for the events they create, including venue rules, attendee expectations, and the retention window they configure for event data.
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Capacity limits apply per plan. Fees are described on the pricing page and at checkout.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features that depend on device permissions (camera, location) require user consent on the device.
Pizzy is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Tech and Hi Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
