Pizzy is operated by Tech and Hi Limited. We provide verified check-in, live presence, and connection tools for physical events.
Account details (such as email and display name), event metadata created by hosts, check-in records, optional location used only for geofence verification, and in-event activity such as chat, board posts, and handshakes.
To operate the product: authenticate users, verify attendance, show who is present, enable networking features, process subscriptions, and keep the service secure.
Hosts configure how long event data remains after an event ends. Within that policy, chats can be erased and attendee profiles anonymised. We do not keep event rooms indefinitely by default.
We use infrastructure and payment processors necessary to run the product (for example authentication, database, and Paddle for billing). We do not sell personal data.
You can update your profile, leave events, and request account-related help. Hosts control event settings including retention. Contact us if you need help exercising access or deletion rights that apply in your region.
